Our Story: From Dreams to Empire
Taco Empire was founded with a passion for authentic Mexican flavors, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality. What began as a food truck in June 2022 quickly became a local favorite in Oklahoma City, known for its signature blue corn tortilla tacos, house-made salsas, quesabirrias, and commitment to quality.
In November 2023, Taco Empire proudly opened its first brick-and-mortar restaurant, expanding its mission of bringing fresh, flavorful Mexican food and a welcoming experience to the community.
Today, Taco Empire continues to grow across Oklahoma while staying true to the traditions, flavors, and community that inspired the brand from the beginning.
